Failed attempt to make wholemeal shortbread at 1am in my hostel, haha! We’re doing an Art Deco afternoon tea party on Saturday and the oven is temperamental to say the least, so I wanted to test out how well I could use it. Stupid wholemeal flour, I had to add milk and more flour and more butter and more sugar because it wasn’t holding together, and they’re tasty but not shortbread. Digestives IDK?
